PLATFORM FOUNDATION CHECK — TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT What this is. A point-in-time review of your application based on the materials and access you provide, delivered as a written report, a ranked fix list with day estimates, and a recorded walkthrough. Severity scale. Stop / Fix before growth / Fix before handoff / Note, each defined in the report. Your part. You attend the Project Read-In and grant the read-only access we set up together. You confirm you own the application, or are authorized to have it reviewed. Our part. We read only. We do not change, deploy to, or write anything into your systems. We never ask for passwords or keys, and anything that looks like one is replaced on receipt. Fees. Paid in full at signing. Your fee is credited against a Fix-First Sprint started within 90 days, capped at $5,000. Your materials. We keep our copies for 30 days after delivery, then purge them.
